Howdy!
My name is Roel Alexis Martinez Lopez. I am an artist and graphic designer hailing from the great state of Texas! Art is my entire life, and I've dedicated nearly a decade to graphic design, ranging in projects from t-shirt designs to corporate branding.

Beyond the screen, you'll find me on the field playing soccer, two-stepping to country music, trying new Mexican restaurants, and exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with my family. I am a faithful Christian, with God being the compass guiding both my personal and professional life. My faith is my foundation and the inspiration behind much of my work.

Mi Corazon
Immigrating from Mexico in the early 80's, my parents were first-generation immigrants in search of the American dream. Through the grace of God, they found work and established a home in El Paso, Texas, where they would raise 3 boys upon one important value: family.
Thankful is an understatement for the family God blessed me with. Their love and encouragement have been the driving force behind my artistic pursuits, shaping both the artist and person I am today. Every stroke of my design and every aspect of my character bears the imprint of their profound influence, and I am in eternal debt for the love they’ve given me to this day.
Becoming a Designer
My father was an artist and studied industrial design in Mexico City before moving to the United States. His passion for drawing influenced my brothers and I, and as a result, we developed a love for art from a young age. I came across the world of graphic design when I was tasked with designing the fan gear for my high school's soccer team at 15 years old. Since that first project, I have been captivated by graphic design, taking on any and every freelance project I could.

After graduating high school, I was determined to study graphic design in college. Starting at Oral Roberts University, I transferred to Lee University where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts graphic design emphasis.
So far so good
Since high school, I've been an ambitious freelance designer, pushing to take on new challenges every day. Starting locally, I've been able to help dozens of individuals and established businesses alike with their design needs. From taekwondo dojos to landscaping businesses, I enjoy the diverse array of people and projects I encounter as a graphic designer.
